Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation/activities
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, tidying, meal cleanup)
- Transport clients to appointments and errands using company vehicle
- Document care activities accurately in client records
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide all necessary training!
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with genuine desire to help others
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
