Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and comprehensive assessment.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to critical situations.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and progress accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
