As a Caregiver, you will be the face of our company, providing essential support that allows our clients to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Personal Care Assistance: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Medication Management: Remind clients to take their prescribed medications and monitor for any adverse reactions.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Companionship: Engage clients in conversation, hobbies, and social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Light Housekeeping: Assist with light cleaning, laundry, and errands to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Transportation: Provide safe and reliable transportation to medical appointments or social outings.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA, or in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory (we offer training for the right candidates).
- License: Valid Ohio Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Soft Skills: Must demonstrate compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
