Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping duties.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to specific dietary restrictions.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the care coordinator immediately.
- Document daily activities and care logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Current Oklahoma Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- CNA or HHA certification is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient demeanor.
