Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and medication adherence accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care notes and communicate with family members
- Implement personalized care plans developed by registered nurses
- Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating home environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- TN state CNA certification or equivalent home health training
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insured transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
