Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to seniors including medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
- Build trustful relationships through compassionate communication
- Follow personalized care plans and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
