Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer medication reminders and health monitoring
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain detailed care records and report changes
- Perform light housekeeping duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiver experience required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable work ethic
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
