Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Companion care: engaging in conversation and activities
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Uphold strict confidentiality and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Clear background check and negative TB test
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate nature with patience and empathy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
