Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility) and medication reminders
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Implement customized care plans and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Maintain safe, clean living environments and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Current Kentucky Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid KY driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
