Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs with precision
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities safely

Qualifications
- Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiver experience in home care settings
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check and negative TB test results
