Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements
- Document care activities and maintain detailed client records
- Companion care for emotional support and cognitive stimulation
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for holistic care
Qualifications
- State-certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA)
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks
- Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
- Clear background check and TB screening
