Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Comprehensive documentation of care activities and client status
- Light housekeeping and errand services as required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Caregiver Certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
