Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls using evidence-based triage protocols
- Utilize provided diagnostic equipment for accurate patient evaluations
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care
- Maintain detailed electronic health records using our advanced EHR system
- Provide clear medical guidance to patients via phone, telehealth, and in-person
- Train on and utilize specialized triage software and monitoring equipment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum 2 years emergency or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with provided diagnostic equipment
