Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and personal grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate updates to care team
- Implement individualized care plans under clinical supervision
Qualifications
- Current California HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and availability for flexible shifts
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and TB screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in electronic documentation systems
