Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with meal service and ensure proper nutrition intake
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans and observations
- Support patients with cognitive impairments using specialized techniques
- Administer basic treatments under RN supervision
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent acute care or long-term experience
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and health screening
- Flexibility to work day/evening shifts
