Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with daily living activities and maintain patient hygiene
- Accurately document patient observations and care provided
- Support patients with nutritional needs and meal services
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal care plans

Qualifications
- Valid Illinois CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred
- CPR certification required (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
