Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers
- Support residents with medication reminders
- Maintain clean, safe environments for patients
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
- Document care observations in patient charts
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
