Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and safe ambulation techniques
- Administer medications under proper supervision protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments and infection control standards
- Support emotional well-being through meaningful resident engagement
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or assisted living experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification from accredited provider
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Compassionate demeanor with exceptional interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
