Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and ensure resident safety protocols
- Administer medications under supervision and maintain medication logs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
- Support emotional well-being through companionship and recreational activities
- Maintain clean and sanitized resident environments
Qualifications
- Active North CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent long-term care or hospital experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to elderly care
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
