Responsibilities

  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating) with dignity and respect.
  • Monitor Health Status: Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and report any changes in patient condition to the RN or LPN immediately.
  • Assist with Medical Procedures: Support the nursing staff with wound care, catheter care, and medication reminders as directed.

Qualifications
