Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in home and facility settings
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain continuity of care

Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience in acute care or home health
- Current BLS/CPR certification

- Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
