Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean, organized environment
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families
- Follow facility protocols and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Valid CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to multiple Mesa locations
