Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Accurately document patient vital signs and care activities in EMR systems
- Assist with patient mobility and transfer using proper safety protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff immediately
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards

Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
