Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health changes accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipment
- Administer medications under RN supervision per policy
- Respond to resident calls promptly and assess needs
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Collaborate with nursing team for coordinated care plans
Qualifications
- Active MA CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screen
