Responsibilities

  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity and respect.
  • Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and record patient vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
  • Assist with Medical Procedures: Support nurses and physicians with wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures as directed.
  • Patient Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and logs in compliance with HIPAA and facility standards.

Qualifications
