Responsibilities
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
- Assist with Mobility: Help residents move safely between bed, wheelchair, and chair using proper transfer techniques and equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records and incident reports.
- Communication: Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and families promptly.
- Meal Assistance: Serve meals and assist residents with eating according to dietary restrictions.
Qualifications
- CNA Certification: Must hold a valid, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Georgia.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with zero experience who are eager to learn and grow in the healthcare field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
