Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Provide mobility assistance and support with physical therapy exercises

- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Arizona CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
