Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, reporting any abnormalities to the nursing staff immediately.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to specific dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Turn, reposition, and move patients safely to prevent bedsores and ensure patient comfort.
  • Communicate changes in a patient’s behavior, mood, or physical condition to the charge nurse or supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications
