Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and restorative exercises
- Administer medications and treatments per care plan protocols
- Support nutritional needs during meal services
- Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Oregon CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Passionate about geriatric care and resident dignity
- Reliable transportation required
