Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics.
- Prepare and serve meals according to specific dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment at all times.
- Document daily care activities and report any changes in patient condition to the nurse supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license in the state of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.

- Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
