Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Provide direct personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.</li><li>Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.</li><li>Assist patients with mobility issues, including transfers and ambulation using proper techniques.</li><li>Prepare patients for meals and assist with feeding as necessary.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in accordance with health and safety standards.</li><li>Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare team members regarding patient status and needs.</li><li>Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR).</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Current and active <strong>Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)</strong> license in the State of Maryland.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Physical ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.</li><li>Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.</li></ul>
