Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Support meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams to coordinate care plans
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
