Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized assistance in daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor and document vital signs with meticulous attention to detail
- Support nurses with accurate patient observations and reporting
- Maintain a clean, safe environment exceeding infection control standards
- Facilitate meaningful patient interactions and emotional support
- Assist with meal service while accommodating special dietary needs
- Coordinate transportation to medical appointments when required
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems

- Reliable transportation for varied shift schedules
