Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Administering medications under proper supervision
- Maintaining clean, safe resident environments
- Collaborating with nursing staff for care plan implementation
- Responding promptly to resident calls and concerns
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
