Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Assistance with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Support with meal services and nutritional monitoring
- Collaboration with RNs and healthcare team for resident care plans
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
