Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient intake/output, and health changes
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers using proper techniques
- Administer basic treatments and medications per facility protocols
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and equipment
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Support patients' emotional well-being and social interactions
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in documentation and care delivery
