Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient responses, and behavioral changes
- Assist with mobility transfers and maintain patient safety protocols
- Support rehabilitation exercises under RN supervision
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Report patient concerns promptly to nursing leadership
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification from recognized provider
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
