Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document observations
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Administer medications as per care plan
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care coordination
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Support emotional well-being through meaningful interactions
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in senior care
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
- Flexibility for rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Clear TB test and health screening
