Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document observations in EHR systems
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Support activities of daily living while maintaining resident dignity
- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals for care planning
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Clear TB test and negative background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
