Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, accurately and promptly.
  • Provide basic bedside care and support to patients under the supervision of nursing staff.
  • Communicate changes in patient condition or concerns to the Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse immediately.

Qualifications

  • Current and active State of Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
