Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare teams via telehealth platforms for care coordination
- Support patients with daily activities while maintaining dignity and respect
- Participate in remote training sessions and compliance protocols
- Report changes in patient condition promptly to clinical staff
Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Basic computer skills for remote documentation
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation for in-person care rotations
