Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, accurately.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfer using proper techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all residents and patients.
- Communicate effectively with nurses and physicians regarding patient status and changes in condition.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the RN or LPN.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid Washington State CNA license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
