Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status accurately
- Support mobility and transfer activities safely
- Assist with meal service and nutritional support
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and infection-free environment

Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification (or obtainable within 30 days)

- Strong communication and empathy skills
