Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care to patients (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient condition changes
- Assist with mobility transfers and medical equipment use
- Support nursing staff with clinical procedures and documentation
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments per OSHA standards

Qualifications
- Active KY or NC CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
