Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, injections, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical equipment
- Provide patient education on medications and treatment plans
- Coordinate referrals and lab services efficiently
- Support front desk operations including scheduling and check-in
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a medical setting
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic or NextGen preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts
