Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to ensure patient safety
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Support patients with daily living activities while preserving dignity
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of recent clinical experience
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Passion for elderly and vulnerable patient populations
