Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Accurately record and report patient vital signs and condition changes
- Support patient independence through personalized care plans
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to optimize patient care
- Participate in team huddles and care planning meetings
Qualifications
- Active Missouri CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
