Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precise attention to detail
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Collaborate with RNs and LPNs to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Support infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families during care
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts
