Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document changes in electronic health records
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility) while respecting dignity
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Respond to patient call lights promptly and address concerns
- Collaborate with RNs during shift reports and emergencies
- Maintain a clean, safe patient environment
- Observe and report behavioral or physical changes
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and observational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
