As a night shift CNA, you'll ensure our residents' safety and comfort while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Monitor resident health status and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Take vital signs and document observations accurately
- Administer medications as per physician orders
- Respond promptly to resident call bells and emergency situations
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or senior living
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and health screening
